Our Online Service is easy and secure, MAFCU members can enjoy the following features for free:

  • Quick Transfers from one account to another or to another member
  • Account grouping allows you to organize and link internal accounts
  • Enhanced security features and alerts
  • Bill Payment allows you to send payments to companies or individuals
  • Stop payments on checks can be initiated through online services
  • Reorder previously ordered checks
  • Make mobile deposits with our mobile app on Android or iOS devices And more!
  • How to Enroll

    New User Enrollment: If you’re new to Online Services with MAFCU, you need to complete the enrollment process the first time that you log in. Once you complete these few quick steps, you’ll be on your way to accessing your accounts online everywhere you go!

    Personal Online Services Enrollment

    Note: For Commercial/Business accounts, please contact us at 301-944-1800 or toll-free (800) 95-MAFCU or visit one of our branch locations.

    • Type mafcu.org into your browser and click the “Enroll” link.
    • Fill out the Online Services Enrollment Form with the required information and click the Submit Enrollment button.

      Note: The details that you provide are verified by comparing them to your contact information in our system. If the information does not match, call us at 1-800-95-MAFCU to update your profile.

    • A confirmation message appears. You are given a temporary password to use during your first-time login. Memorize the password and click the “Click Here” link to be redirected to the MAFCU Home page.
    • Enter your new login ID and click the Log In button.
    • Choose the contact method that allows MAFCU to reach you immediately with a Secure Access Code (SAC). This numbered code is only valid for a short time, and if it expires, you need to request a new one. If you close your browser before receiving the SAC, you can log in again and select the I already have a Secure Access Code button.
    • Enter the SAC and click the Submit button.
    • Choose whether to register your device for future logins. If you click the Register Device button, you will never need to request SAC’s from that device.

      Note: For additional security, we strongly suggest that you do not register your device.

    • Review the Online Services Agreement on the Disclaimers page and click the I Accept button to agree to the terms and conditions.
    • A view-only profile page appears. Review the information and click the Submit button.
    • Change your password by using your old temporary password.
    • Congratulations! You have successfully logged in to Online Services! If you have any questions or concerns, call us at 1-800-95-MAFCU.

  • eStatements

    Why wait to get your account statement through the mail? With free e-statements from MAFCU, you can get it electronically right away. Available with our free Online Service, your MAFCU eStatement is:

    • Exactly like the paper statements you receive in your mailbox.
    • Easily accessed via a link we'll email to you each month. You'll also have online access to your last 18 monthly statements.
    • Safe and secure. Your statement is only accessible through Online Services and is protected by your login password. In addition, we use the highest level of security so your information stays safe.

    Start enjoying the convenience of eStatements now. Simply sign-on to your free Online Services account and click on Services to see the Online Documents link. Haven't signed up for Online Services yet? It's available free to all members.
