I am pleased because of the consistent, dedicated and outstanding service that I always receive from one of your “cream of the crop” Member Service Manager, Ms. Tammy. She has truly earned the full rights and privileges of that position based on her service to me alone not to mention hundreds of others that she has helped I am sure.
Some of your customers are minimal maintenance, some moderate maintenance and then you have the likes of me, the high maintenance kind. That does not seem to faze her one bit. She has always been very patient, professional and methodical whenever I reach out to her for help. I must admit and say that I am not too proud of my previous obnoxious demands to her as I now look back on it. Yet, she has met every one of them and never wavered in her attitude toward me; nor from her solid style of professionalism. I am very grateful to Tammy and the way she has put up with me and resolved all my concerns.
I just want you to know what gem of an employee you have in Ms. Tammy. She is a keeper for sure. As long as she is employed at MAFCU, I will remain a loyal customer.
