The following disclosures to Regular Share Certificate and IRA/Roth/Education IRA Share Certificate Accounts

1. Rate Information. The current dividend rates and annual percentage yields are listed in the table below. The dividend rate is established at the time the Account is opened and will remain in effect for the duration of the term, for all accounts except IRA Variable Rate Share Certificate Accounts. The rate on IRA Variable Rate Share Certificate Accounts may change monthly, based on changes in the Index, which is the 1 and 2 year MAFCU $1,000 Regular Share Certificate rates plus a .25%.

2. Compounding and Crediting. Dividends for Share Certificates with a 6 month term, and Jumbo Share Certificates (minimum balance of $50,000) will be paid to your Regular Share account quarterly. Dividends for the IRA Variable Share Certificates will be compounded daily and credited monthly. Dividends on the Regular, Odd-Term, Accumulator and IRA/Roth/Education IRA Share Certificates will be compounded daily and paid to the Share Certificate account quarterly.

3. Minimum Balance Requirements. The minimum balance requirements to open a Regular, Odd-Term or IRA/Roth/Education IRA Share Certificate Account are listed in the table above.

4. Balance Computation Method. Dividends are calculated by the daily balance method which applies a daily periodic rate to the balance in the account each day.

5. Accrual of Dividends. Dividends will begin to accrue on the business day you deposit cash and/or non-cash items (e.g. checks) to your account.

6. Fees and Charges. The fees and charges that may be assessed against your account are listed on the fee schedule.

7. Transaction Limitations. Withdrawals and transfers from your Accounts are subject to the following limits:

a. After your account is opened you may not make additional deposits until the maturity date. At maturity additional deposits of $100 or greater may be made. The only exception is the Accumulator Certificate in which you may deposit a minimum of $25 anytime.
b. Withdrawals will be subject to Early Withdrawal Penalties listed below.
c. The credit union reserves the right to require a member intending to make a withdrawal from a Share Certificate Account to give written notice of such intent not less than seven days and up to 60 days before such withdrawal.

8. Maturity Date. The maturity date of your Regular, Odd-Term or IRA/Roth/Education IRA Share Certificate Account will be based on the term you selected from the above table.

9. Early Withdrawal Penalties. We will impose a penalty if you withdraw any of the funds in your account before the maturity date. The penalty will be based on the amount withdrawn or the entire balance if the account balance falls below the required minimum balance, the remaining balance will be transferred to the Regular Share Account. The penalty will equal the lesser of 90 days dividends on the amount withdrawn or all dividends on the amount withdrawn since the date the Share Certificate was opened or renewed.

10. Renewal Policies. All Regular and IRA/Roth/Education IRA Share Certificate Accounts, except for 4 and 5 year terms and Jumbo Share Certificate (minimum balance of $100,000) will automatically renew at maturity. There is a seven day grace period following the maturity of these accounts. 4 and 5 year terms, Share Certificate Specials, Odd-Term, and Jumbo Share Certificates will not renew automatically at maturity. If you do not renew these Share Certificates, the funds will be transferred to your Regular Share Account.

11. Par Value of Shares; Dividend Period. The par value of a regular share in this Credit Union is $5.00 The dividend period for Share Certificate Accounts may be quarterly or monthly as indicated in paragraph 2 above.

12. Nature of Dividends. Dividends are paid from current income and available earnings, after required transfers to reserves at the end of a dividend period.

13. Additional Disclosures for Money Market Certificates. Funds may be withdrawn before maturity date without incurring any early withdrawal penalty.
