Mid-Atlantic Federal Credit Union offers many types of conventional real estate loans for buying or refinancing owner-occupied, vacation or second, and investment properties. Conforming loans are available from $50,000 to $417,000 and Jumbo loans are available above $417,000.
The rates and APRs that appear on this web site are based on a loan amount of $350,000 for conforming loans and $500,000 for jumbo loans, with 20% down and a credit score of 740 or higher. The rates that are available to you may vary according to loan amount, down payment, credit-worthiness, type of real estate, loan-to-value ratio, and loan purpose.
