Signature Loan

Home Improvement Loan

• No equity required
• Loan amounts to $60,000
• Low fixed rates
• No prepayment penalty
• Available for primary residences or second homes only

Share and Stock-Secured Loans

• For share-secured loans, you will continue to earn the current dividend rate while borrowing against your savings account (check out our Rates).
• For IBM stock-secured loans, you can borrow up to 80% of the equity of your stock. Due to the current volatility of the stock market, these loans are temporarily unavailable.
• For other stock listed on the American, New York or NASDAQ Stock Exchanges, you can borrow up to 60% of the equity.* Due to the current volatility of the stock market, these loans are temporarily unavailable.
• Convenient automatic payments can be set up from your checking account.
